Candidates for this CompTIA and ITIL® training and certification prep program should understand the fundamentals of computers. No industry experience is required for this entry-level program.
Learning networking, basic network security, and ITIL® Foundation will qualify you for any number of entry-level positions in desktop support, tech support, network support, and general IT support.
