"My experience when it came to learning at ACI was really good, actually. I was able to obtain my Network+ cert before the end of my program and it allowed me to get a job at a local technology company doing network admin work and help desk work. You took me from knowing little to nothing and now I am able to speak knowledgeably to people who have been in IT for years."

No training program can guarantee a job. However, ACI Learning Tech Academy had a 73% employment outcome rate across our programs for 2025, which is strong for the industry.
This rate reflects graduates who are employed in the field they were trained for, not inflated numbers that include unrelated roles. Through instructor-led training and dedicated career support, we help prepare students for entry-level IT roles and support them in landing positions aligned with their training.
This program prepares students for the CompTIA A+ certification, enhanced with prompt engineering skills to reflect how modern IT teams use AI tools. The program also includes IT career preparation to help students transition into the workforce with confidence.
The IT Support Specialist program costs $6,000, and funding options are available. Most students fund their training for this program with a student loan. We work with several providers for student loans. Visit our funding page to explore available opportunities.
If you complete one of ACI Learning Tech Academy’s ACE CREDIT–recommended courses, you may be eligible to earn college credit. The IT Support Specialist program is recommended for 6 college credits by ACE.
ACE CREDIT recommendations allow you to gain entry-level IT training and certifications while still having the option to apply for college credit later. If you decide to pursue a bachelor’s degree or additional education in the future, this can help you get a head start.
