This course gives students the knowledge and skills required to plan and scope a penetration testing engagement including vulnerability scanning, understand legal and compliance requirements, analyze results, and produce a written report with remediation techniques. It's designed for individuals who want to become skilled penetration testers – professionals who assess and evaluate network security by attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in a controlled and ethical manner.

Throughout the course, you will be able to apply skills learned through a variety of virtual labs, test yourself with quizzes, and be able to review content using videos on each topic.

This course is offered in both in-person and virtual formats, always with a live instructor. ACI Learning covers the cost of one exam attempt.
