“Right from the start, everybody was super kind. The teachers were very entertaining and engaging. I was able to squeeze it in my schedule and do a full workday. My current role is IT assistant coordinator at a small mental health facility. I was able to get a little experience before I started and get a couple certifications on that resume. Without that course I took, I wouldn’t have this job right now.”

No training program can guarantee a job. However, ACI Learning Tech Academy had a 73% employment outcome rate across our programs for 2025, which is strong for the industry.
This rate reflects graduates who are employed in the field they were trained for, not inflated numbers that include unrelated roles. Through instructor-led training and dedicated career support, we help prepare students for entry-level IT roles and support them in landing positions aligned with their training.
The Computer User Support Specialist program prepares you for three industry-recognized CompTIA certifications: A+, Network+, and Security+. You’ll build foundational IT skills with A+, enhanced by prompt engineering training that reflects how modern IT teams use AI tools. From there, you’ll expand into networking with Network+ alongside dedicated career preparation, and strengthen your cybersecurity knowledge with Security+, helping you enter the workforce with confidence.
All ACI Learning Tech Academy programs are designed with veterans and military families in mind. The Computer User Support Specialist can be funded at our training locations with most military education benefits (including Chapter 33). We recommend reviewing your specific eligibility and visiting our funding page for more resources and information on funding options.
If you complete one of ACI Learning Tech Academy’s ACE CREDIT–recommended courses, you may be eligible to earn college credit. The Computer User Support Specialist program is recommended for 12 credits: the CompTIA A+ course is recommended for up to 6 college credits, the CompTIA Network+ course is recommended for 3 college credits, and the CompTIA Security+ course is recommended for 3 college credits.
ACE CREDIT recommendations allow you to gain entry-level IT training and certifications while still having the option to apply for college credit later. If you decide to pursue a bachelor’s degree or additional education in the future, this can help you get a head start.
